Corporate Attorney – M&A, AI & Emerging Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to clients on mergers & acquisitions, business formations, corporate governance, and commercial transactions.

• Prepare and negotiate purchase, operating, and shareholder agreements, along with other business contracts.

• Advise AI startups, technology firms, founders, investors, and expanding businesses on corporate legal issues.

• Keep abreast of new AI regulations, governance, privacy, and technology-related legal developments.

• Work alongside AI, tax, wealth management, consulting, and finance teams to offer integrated solutions for clients.

• Develop and expand an individual practice with support in business development, marketing, and operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.).

• Active license to practice law in the U.S.

• Over 6 years of experience in corporate law.

• Background in mergers & acquisitions, corporate transactions, commercial contracts, or business law.

• Passion for Artificial Intelligence, emerging technologies, and innovation.

• Entrepreneurial mindset.

• Excellent skills in relationship building.
