Corporate Attorney – M&A, AI & Emerging Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to clients on mergers and acquisitions, business formations, corporate governance, and commercial transactions.

• Create and negotiate purchase, operating, and shareholder agreements, as well as other business contracts.

• Advise AI startups, technology firms, founders, investors, and expanding businesses on matters of corporate law.

• Keep abreast of emerging regulations, governance issues, privacy concerns, and legal developments related to technology and AI.

• Work alongside AI, tax, wealth management, consulting, and finance teams to provide comprehensive client solutions.

• Cultivate and enhance client relationships while developing a personal practice.

• Engage in business development, marketing, and operational initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

• Current active U.S. Bar license.

• Over 6 years of experience in corporate law.

• Background in M&A, corporate transactions, commercial contracts, or business law.

• Genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence, emerging technologies, and innovation.

• An entrepreneurial mindset.

• Excellent skills in relationship-building and business development.
