Corporate Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the advancement of the organization's enterprise architecture by aligning business strategies, processes, corporate capabilities, applications, data, and technology.

• Serve as a bridge between executive, business, and technology teams.

• Define target architectures, transformation roadmaps, and corporate guidelines.

• Convert strategic objectives into business capabilities and technology initiatives.

• Construct and sustain the Enterprise Architecture.

• Specify AS-IS and TO-BE architectures along with transition plans.

• Develop roadmaps for technology evolution and digital transformation.

• Evaluate the enterprise-wide implications of new products, services, and organizational changes.

• Map business capabilities and model value streams.

• Identify opportunities for process rationalization.

• Assist in strategic decisions regarding products, platforms, and services.

• Create enterprise views organized by business domains.

• Define and uphold corporate frameworks, reference models, and standards.

• Establish architectural guidelines for technology teams.

• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture principles.

• Conduct architecture assessments and provide technical recommendations.

• Support technology modernization initiatives.

• Assess the acquisition of platforms, products, and market solutions.

• Identify opportunities for reusing existing capabilities.

• Promote interoperability across organizational domains.

• Collaborate with CIOs, CTOs, directors, and executives.

• Present architectural proposals to strategic stakeholders.

• Create executive materials, reports, and enterprise artifacts.

• Facilitate architecture and governance forums.

• Proven experience and knowledge in Enterprise Architecture.

• Familiarity with TOGAF ADM.

• Understanding of Business Capability Mapping.

• Knowledge of Business Architecture.

• Insight into Value Chains and Value Streams.

• Experience in Operating Model Design.

• Knowledge of Strategic Domain-Driven Design.

• Familiarity with Bounded Contexts and Context Mapping.

• Understanding of Event Storming.

• Knowledge of Service Landscapes.

• Familiarity with Architecture Governance and Architecture Review Boards.

• Understanding of Technology Standards and Architecture Principles.

• Knowledge of Compliance and Risk Management.

• Proficiency in Strategic Planning.

• Insight into Digital Transformation.

• Experience in Portfolio Management.

• Knowledge of Enterprise Roadmaps.

• Understanding of Business Cases.

• Broad knowledge of Cloud Computing (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

• Extensive knowledge of Enterprise Integration, APIs, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Data Platforms, and Enterprise Security.

• Certifications such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, SAFe Architect, COBIT, and ITIL are advantageous.

• Experience in Open Finance, Core Banking, and payment methods is a plus.

• Familiarity with Capability-Based Planning and Business Process Management (BPM) is also beneficial.
