This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Define and enhance enterprise and solution architectures in alignment with business and technology strategies.
• Design, plan, and oversee the architecture of corporate applications and solutions.
• Develop and manage innovation and technology modernization roadmaps.
• Establish architectural standards, frameworks, and best practices for application development.
• Support digital transformation efforts and the advancement of enterprise architecture.
• Assess technologies, platforms, and components for potential enterprise adoption.
• Provide technical leadership to teams through guidance, mentoring, and architectural decision-making.
• Assist development teams in creating scalable, resilient, and secure solutions.
• Ensure that solutions adhere to enterprise architecture principles, governance requirements, and technology standards.
• Formulate strategies for reusing corporate components, services, and APIs.
• Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to determine optimal solutions.
• Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, and Application Architecture.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills with both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency in microservices-based architectures, Docker containers, and Kubernetes orchestration.
• T-shaped profile with deep specialization in one or more IT disciplines and a comprehensive understanding of enterprise architecture.
• Familiarity with backend technologies such as Java or Python.
• Knowledge of frontend technology, specifically Angular.
• Experience with messaging and event platforms like Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Understanding of DDD, BDD, microservices, microfrontends, Design Patterns, SOLID principles, Service Mesh, and Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP).
• Hands-on experience with cloud solutions, particularly AWS.
• Background in building modern, distributed, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience in defining architecture strategies and leading the technological progression of enterprise environments.
• Preferred: experience in Enterprise Architecture.
• Preferred: familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Preferred: experience in modernizing applications and migrating to the cloud.
• Preferred: experience in complex, large-scale environments.
• Preferred: understanding of technology governance and application portfolio management.
