
Corporate Account Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Identify new corporate accounts and formulate comprehensive strategies for designated strategic accounts that align with company objectives and DEXTENZA growth targets.
β’ Cultivate and sustain relationships with key account stakeholders, including C-level influencers, physicians, and management personnel.
β’ Identify and recommend value-added solutions that improve patient and client outcomes.
β’ Negotiate contracts and services while taking into account financial responsibilities, including GTN and potential ASP effects.
β’ Plan, coordinate, and implement activities within strategic accounts to execute contract initiatives.
β’ Develop account strategies and collaborate with Sales and Reimbursement teams compliantly as necessary.
β’ Work alongside Sales, Marketing, and Market Access teams to synchronize strategies and meet client needs.
β’ Organize internal and external resources for effective strategic account management.
β’ Establish forums to ensure proactive communication across internal functions.
β’ 8β10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, healthcare, market access, or strategic account management.
β’ A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
β’ Experience in managing large corporate accounts, IDNs, GPOs, health systems, ASC networks, or physician organizations.
β’ A proven track record of achieving sales, access, and revenue growth objectives.
β’ Experience in negotiating and executing contracts and business agreements.
β’ Strong knowledge of healthcare economics, reimbursement, and market access.
β’ Familiarity with provider business models and healthcare purchasing processes.
β’ Financial acumen, including understanding contract profitability, gross-to-net (GTN), and pricing factors.
β’ Capability to build relationships with C-suite executives, physician leaders, and key decision-makers.
β’ Exceptional negotiation and influencing abilities.
β’ Willingness to travel frequently (typically 50β70%).
β’ Compensation package includes a combination of MBOs and overall account production.
