This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.
• Create, articulate, and execute Strategic Business Plans for regional accounts.
• Enhance corporate relationships with significant oncology stakeholders.
• Oversee relationships with C-suite executives, medical directors, practice administrators, pharmacists, and other key decision-makers.
• Develop and execute regional market access contract pull-through strategies for designated accounts.
• Facilitate connections to BeOne’s field Medical Value and Outcomes team.
• Establish corporate relationships with essential business-to-business account stakeholders.
• Assist with patient access and field reimbursement for solid tumor products.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to implement corporate strategies.
• Exhibit knowledge and proficiency in EMR and Order Sets within relevant market segments.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, pricing/contracting, and trade/distribution teams.
• Communicate with field sales management to ensure optimal access and eliminate access barriers.
• Lead and conduct regional QBRs of targeted accounts with the cross-functional local marketplace team.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant pharmaceutical experience.
• At least 5 years of direct experience in corporate account management, preferably in oncology.
• Experience in managing IDN, Health System, Community GPO, and Dedicated Cancer Centers accounts.
• Required oncology therapeutic experience; both oral and IV oncology; solid tumor IV is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in launching products in the US biotech or pharmaceutical marketplace.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking capabilities.
• Experience with contracts.
• Ability to effectively manage accounts by objectively assessing various opportunities.
• Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize data and provide a clear overview of field market access issues, challenges, and successes.
• A track record of successful account management experience.
• Strong negotiation skills are essential.
• A Bachelor of Science degree is required.
• Standard computer skills are necessary.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
