📋 Description

• Oversee customer inquiries through phone, email, or video communication.

• Support customers with questions regarding vehicle rental and pickup procedures.

• Finalize reservations.

• Authenticate customer information and offer relevant assistance.

• Deliver technical support during the key pickup process.

• Address issues within the self-service section.

• Collaborate with SIXT branches across various countries.

• Make promotional calls to enhance additional sales and improvements.

• Provide ongoing customer support and resolve inquiries 24/7.
