Coordinator, Crew Member Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Provide daily assistance to the Crew Member Services team.

• Act as the primary point of contact for employees by addressing HR-related inquiries through paper mail, email, web forms, and phone calls.

• Guide employees on Human Resources policies, procedures, systems, and processes across various HR functional areas.

• Create, update, and ensure the accuracy of employee records in the HRIS and case management system.

• Thoroughly document employee interactions while upholding confidentiality.

• Manage employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, status changes, transfers, promotions, and separations.

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Assist with benefits administration, payroll support, leave management, and other HR operational tasks.

• Track and achieve established SLAs and KPIs, including customer satisfaction, case resolution, and closed contact metrics.

• Escalate complex employee relations or policy matters to the relevant HR team members.

• Generate HR reports and maintain data integrity for compliance and business operations.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance HR service delivery and operational processes.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, and record retention standards.

• Execute additional duties and special projects as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.

• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• At least one (1) year of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, or Human Resources Administration is preferred.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Shared Services environment, HR Service Center, People Operations, Customer Service, or Call Center setting is preferred.

• Experience with HRIS and case management systems is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employee support processes.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Capability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR technology platforms.

• Experience with Workday, Legion, and Zendesk is strongly preferred.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (both spoken and written) is strongly preferred.
