
Conveyancing Assistant – 12 month FTC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist Conveyancing Case Handlers in managing the administration of residential property transactions.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties to facilitate the progress of cases.
• Conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and prepare necessary conveyancing documentation.
• Oversee task lists and ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
• Update the case management system with critical dates and relevant case information.
• Prepare files for exchange, completion, and closure.
• Provide a high level of customer service throughout the transaction process.
• Previous experience in a client-facing conveyancing support or legal administration position.
• Well-organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communicator with exceptional customer service abilities.
• Proficient in using case management systems, including Redbrick.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
• Committed to delivering an excellent client experience.
• A legal qualification or a desire to pursue CILEX, CLC, or an LLB is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Annual Leave: 25 days per year (January-December), increasing to 27 days after 5 years, plus Bank Holidays (pro-rata for part-time).
