This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist file handlers and conveyancers with conveyancing-related administrative tasks
• Draft, edit, and format legal letters, correspondence with clients and agents, as well as settlement documents utilizing Microsoft Word templates and precedents
• Prepare and assemble documents for execution and lodgement
• Ensure that documents are accurate and complete for signing and settlement
• Adhere to structured file-management protocols, checklists, and quality control measures
• Communicate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and internal file handlers during AEST hours
• Safeguard the confidentiality of client information, financial data, and identity details
• Acquire knowledge of and utilize TriConvey while facilitating PEXA/electronic settlement processes when necessary
• Identify issues promptly and escalate them according to established procedures
• Proficient written English skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word templates
• Previous experience in Australian legal or documentation roles
• Availability to work during AEST business hours to coincide with file handlers
• Experience in Australian conveyancing
• Knowledge of Australian property and conveyancing terminology, such as Section 32 vendor statements, Section 27, discharge of mortgage, transfer of land, settlement adjustments, and GST treatment
• Familiarity with PEXA or electronic settlement processes
• Experience drafting correspondence for agents and clients
• Possession of a personal computer
• Computer must have a minimum of 8GB RAM
• Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor, 12th generation or newer
• 512GB HDD/SSD storage
• Operating system: Windows 11 Home or Pro
• Power backup solution such as a power station, power bank, or UPS
• Secondary or external monitor
• Noise-cancelling headset and webcam
• Internet connection with a minimum speed of 40–50 Mbps for both downloads and uploads
• BIR registration and contributions as mandated by the government
• NBI or Police Clearance
• Valid government-issued identification
• Completion of an English proficiency examination
• Completion of a personality assessment
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members through various channels including calls, texts, and emails
• Willingness to adhere to Wingman’s IT, security, system-monitoring, and productivity standards
• Availability to work from 7AM to 4PM MNL time, Monday to Friday
• Acceptance of an independent contractor agreement governed by Singapore law and Philippines Resources Pte. Ltd.
