Conversion Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Strategize the implementation of KeyStone products and configure databases throughout the conversion process.

• Work closely with clients to collect requirements and document both business and development needs.

• Provide education to clients regarding the KeyStone application, while gaining an understanding of their products and services.

• Serve as a liaison between credit unions and the Development team, offering updates and advice on database concepts and capabilities.

• Assist in the setup of databases, including table information, cross-over data collection, and development coding tasks.

• Validate databases, assess product functionality, troubleshoot issues, and propose enhancements.

• Document data standards, procedures, and technical specifications for customized items.

• Support client training and provide back-office assistance.

• Engage in knowledge development and conduct teach-back sessions.

• Lead client engagements and project milestones with increasing autonomy across various projects.

• Execute small projects from inception to completion while proactively identifying and addressing risks.

• Assess potential issues, apply critical thinking, and escalate matters to senior team members when necessary.

• Carry out additional job-related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months of relevant or similar experience.

• At least an associate degree in a related discipline.

• Ideally, prior experience in the Credit Union Industry.

• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of database mapping and setup.

• Basic to intermediate understanding of database conversion balancing, conversion exception reports, and database validation.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.

• Proficiency in documenting business, development, technical, and procedural requirements.

• Ability to communicate requirements and deadlines clearly and accurately.
