This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +3 more countries.
β’ Maintain a robust and prioritized CRO experimentation pipeline utilizing analytics, session data, research, and signals from paid performance.
β’ Design experiments with well-defined hypotheses, primary metrics, sample sizes, and established guardrails.
β’ Conduct quality assurance on every experimental variant across various devices and edge cases prior to launch.
β’ Safeguard the funnel from faulty, off-brand, non-compliant variants and regressions.
β’ Analyze experiment outcomes for significance, confidence, and segment effects.
β’ Identify winners, losers, or inconclusive results and outline subsequent steps.
β’ Collaborate with Growth Engineers and Growth Designers to remove obstacles, ensuring continuous experiment progress.
β’ Take ownership of weekly reporting that includes shipped work, successes, insights, and future actions.
β’ Execute experimentation across landing pages, intake flows, checkout processes, and the overall funnel.
β’ Report directly to the Head of CRO and work closely with the CRO and Web team.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of experience conducting a high volume (hundreds) of experiments for DTC ecommerce brands in fast-paced, high-transaction environments.
β’ Proven ability to manage numerous tests concurrently while maintaining a prioritized roadmap.
β’ Direct involvement in end-to-end testing processes, including ideation, setup, quality assurance, and reporting.
β’ Knowledge of the ad-to-landing-page transition and the relationship between CRO, paid efficiency, CAC, quality scores, and landing-page experiences.
β’ Strong analytical and CRO-focused mindset, with an emphasis on segment and behavior analysis.
β’ Proficiency in written planning, clear prioritization, and consistent reporting rhythms.
β’ Capability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
β’ Familiarity with concepts such as statistical significance, power, sequential testing, and methods to guard against false wins is an advantage.
β’ Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including heatmaps, session recordings, surveys, and user testing is a plus.
β’ Previous experience with CRO in regulated industries is beneficial.
β’ Technical knowledge of websites and data, along with the ability to convert ideas into actionable requests, is a plus.
β’ Experience running experiments across various markets/geographies, especially in the UK and EU, is advantageous.
β’ Familiarity with tools like Omniconvert, PostHog, and HEX is a plus.
