• - Proven CRO Experience: A solid history of conducting tests, forecasting outcomes, and evaluating results.

• - High-Ticket Lead Generation Expertise: Experience in optimizing landing pages and forms specifically for high-intent, considered purchases.

• - Behavioral Tool Mastery: Proficiency with session recording tools, heatmaps, and funnel analytics to derive qualitative insights.

• - Cultural Understanding: In-depth knowledge of the American consumer mindset, especially regarding trust, proof, and expectations for high-ticket services.

• - Timezone Compatibility: Ability to work primarily during USA business hours for effective collaboration with the team and partner clinics.

• - Data-Driven Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English with the capability to confidently present data-supported findings to stakeholders.

• - Industry Experience: Previous involvement in MedSpa, aesthetics, or healthcare lead generation.

• - Platform Familiarity: Practical experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).

• - Sales Acumen: Experience in reviewing sales or setter calls to identify conversion bottlenecks.

• - Portfolio Management: Experience overseeing conversion performance across 20+ concurrent client accounts.
