App Marketing CRO Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Formulate data-driven hypotheses for in-app A/B tests related to onboarding, paywall, upsell, and retention funnels.

• Maintain a well-organized testing roadmap and backlog.

• Strategically plan, prioritize, and oversee the entire A/B testing lifecycle from hypothesis formulation to execution and analysis of results.

• Collaborate with designers, developers, analysts, and marketing stakeholders to define, create, and implement experiments.

• Establish success metrics and KPIs for each test conducted.

• Ensure accurate data tracking and instrumentation for precise measurement.

• Monitor ongoing experiments for data integrity, statistical significance, and any anomalies.

• Identify and eliminate obstacles that could hinder launches or impact results.

• Evaluate test results and compile findings into actionable recommendations.

• Communicate the status and outcomes of experiments to pertinent stakeholders.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation detailing hypotheses, setup, audience, duration, results, and subsequent steps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, CRO, or growth, with direct involvement in A/B testing.

• Strong grasp of experimentation methodologies, including hypothesis development, sample sizing, statistical significance, and common challenges.

• Familiarity with mobile application development processes and release cycles.

• Proficiency in analytics and tracking tools such as Amplitude, Firebase, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• A data-driven approach to decision-making paired with robust analytical skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly concerning data accuracy and test configurations.

• Capability to manage multiple experiments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-motivated and independent, comfortable taking ownership of the entire process.

• Strong organizational skills, including prioritization, time management, and stakeholder alignment.

• Must currently reside in Poland and be eligible to work from Poland.
