CRO Specialist, US D2C Supplement Brand

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the CRO process, from discovering opportunities to testing and evaluating results.

• Assess website and funnel performance to pinpoint conversion gaps and potential growth areas.

• Leverage data to gain insights into customer behavior and provide evidence-based recommendations.

• Create, prioritize, and review A/B tests and other conversion experiments.

• Track conversion rates, funnel performance, and relevant business metrics.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to share findings effectively.

• Convert data into actionable business suggestions.

• Collaborate across departments with marketing, creative, product, and other teams to execute CRO initiatives.

• Regularly assess test outcomes and utilize insights to guide future optimization efforts.

• Assist in refining reporting and CRO processes as the business expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated professional experience specifically in CRO / Conversion Rate Optimization.

• Proficient data analysis skills with the capability to transform data into actionable insights.

• Experience in analyzing digital funnels, websites, landing pages, or e-commerce platforms.

• Practical experience with experimentation and A/B testing.

• Ability to confidently build or collaborate on dashboards and performance reports.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.

• Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of the CRO function.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

• Quick to learn and adapt to new software and tools in a dynamic remote environment.

• Available to work during EST hours and possess a B2 level of English for internal communication.
