📋 Description

• Create and enhance content across various platforms.

• Collaborate with the Senior Growth Marketer to develop messaging that captivates customers, boosts conversion rates, and aligns with customer acquisition and retention objectives.

• Evaluate campaign performance and leverage insights to refine messaging, enhance engagement, and increase conversion rates.

• Work alongside the Senior Growth Marketer, Design team, and other key stakeholders to create, test, and optimize content focused on conversions across channels.

• Develop and modify content variations for A/B testing across email, SMS, landing pages, paid advertising, and other customer-facing marketing materials.

• Provide strategic content ideas that support customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall growth ambitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, growth marketing, conversion optimization, or a comparable marketing position.

• Proven track record in crafting conversion-oriented content that yields measurable business outcomes, such as lead generation, customer acquisition, engagement, retention, or conversion enhancement.

• Experience in utilizing campaign performance data to fine-tune messaging and achieve better results.

• Solid understanding of the customer journey, conversion optimization, and customer psychology.

• Capability to work collaboratively with marketing stakeholders to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and business goals.

• Strong proficiency in leveraging AI to establish systems across teams.

• Impressive portfolio showcasing persuasive, conversion-focused marketing content across diverse channels.

• Experience writing for sectors like healthcare, wellness, or telehealth is an advantage.
