Content Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Publish, format, and refresh text, images, and multimedia content on the website.

• Upload and oversee course materials, structures, and student resources within the Learning Management System (LMS).

• Process recorded materials, including webinars and lectures, for publication.

• Perform basic video editing tasks such as trimming, adding text overlays, and implementing simple transitions for course materials and promotional content.

• Ensure that published content is well-structured, free of errors, and displays correctly on the website and LMS.

• Identify and troubleshoot formatting or display issues prior to content going live.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Instructor teams to maintain accuracy and brand consistency of content.

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end content publishing process across both the website and LMS.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a Content Manager, Content Administrator, or in a comparable role is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Basic video editing skills (e.g., using CapCut, iMovie, or similar software).

• Capability to work independently and handle multiple tasks at the same time.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency.

• Experience in the online education or EdTech sector is a plus.

• Familiarity with audio/video processing tools beyond basic editing is an added benefit.

• Experience in maintaining or organizing extensive content libraries is desirable.

• A basic understanding of web publishing or HTML formatting is beneficial.
