Conversational AI Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Analyze customer workflows to identify opportunities for automation and determine appropriate platforms.

• Create conceptual solutions for voice and chatbot integrations.

• Assess and convey technical feasibility, effort, and associated risks.

• Configure and develop voice and chatbots using established Conversational AI platforms.

• Design, test, and enhance prompts and dialogue flows.

• Conduct quality assurance and work on continuous improvement of bot performance.

• Integrate interfaces with customer systems, which includes APIs and data flows.

• Execute technical implementations utilizing JavaScript and Python.

• Assume comprehensive responsibility for projects, from evaluating technologies and configurations to going live.

• Oversee projects and maintain communication with stakeholders.

• Collaborate with customer IT departments on system integration efforts.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to configurations, interfaces, and prompt libraries.

• Disseminate knowledge within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a similar technical discipline.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Conversational AI Engineer, Solution Engineer, Technical Consultant, or a similar role.

• Demonstrated experience in implementing voicebots or chatbots on recognized platforms.

• In-depth understanding of configuration and prompt engineering within Conversational AI platforms.

• Proficiency in programming with JavaScript and Python.

• Familiarity with API integration and system architecture.

• Capability to evaluate automation opportunities within customer processes.

• Organized project management skills along with experience in technical documentation.

• Proficiency in German at C1 level is mandatory.

• Technical acumen and a structured, solution-focused work approach.

• Ability to swiftly grasp new technologies.

• Skill in clearly and understandably communicating technical concepts.

• Ability to work independently and maintain resilience throughout project phases.
