Conversational AI Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Analyze customer workflows to identify automation opportunities and choose appropriate platforms

• Create solution concepts for voice and chatbot technologies

• Evaluate and communicate technical feasibility, effort, and potential risks

• Set up and develop voicebots and chatbots on prominent Conversational AI platforms

• Design, test, and refine prompts and dialogue structures

• Conduct quality assurance and enhance bot performance continuously

• Connect interfaces with customer systems, including APIs and data flows

• Execute technical solutions using JavaScript and Python

• Manage projects end-to-end, from technology evaluation and setup to deployment

• Oversee projects and liaise with stakeholders

• Work collaboratively with customer IT teams for system integration

• Develop and upkeep technical documentation that includes configurations, interfaces, and prompt libraries

• Proactively share expertise within the team

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related technical discipline

• 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Conversational AI Engineer, Solution Engineer, Technical Consultant, or in a similar position

• Demonstrated project experience in deploying voicebots or chatbots on leading platforms

• In-depth knowledge of configuration and prompt engineering on Conversational AI platforms

• Proficiency in JavaScript and Python programming

• Familiarity with API integration and system architecture

• Ability to evaluate automation potential in customer workflows

• Experience with structured project management and technical documentation

• Background in a customer experience (CX) setting is advantageous

• Proficiency in German at C1 level required

• English proficiency at B2 level is a plus

• Strong technical affinity and a methodical, solution-focused work approach

• Capability to quickly learn and adapt to emerging technologies

• Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively

• Capacity to work independently and maintain resilience during project phases
