This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of internal or client-facing Analysts, ensuring a steady work pace and adherence to operational standards.

• Effectively implement the work methodology, processes, and tools.

• Establish controls for daily operations.

• Manage analytical assessments, outcomes, and Controllership KPIs.

• Track cash flow and generate Treasury forecasts.

• Collaborate with the CFO in weekly meetings and monthly client closing sessions.

• Guarantee customer satisfaction through monthly NPS evaluations.

• Enhance client outcomes by managing reports, KPIs, and cash flow.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a Coordinator, Controller, or Finance Manager.

• Understanding of financial operational processes.

• Proficiency in Google Sheets at an advanced level.

• Familiarity with SaaS business models.

• Background in FP&A.

• Advanced understanding of legal, tax, and accounting issues.

• Knowledge of the features, applications, and value propositions of SaaS financial tools currently available.

• Intermediate proficiency in English.

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Awareness of the startup market and its ecosystem.

• Ability to adapt to change.

• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving.

• Teamwork and collaborative spirit.

• Leadership capabilities.

• Effective interpersonal communication skills.

• Strong planning and organizational skills.

• Customer-oriented mindset.

• A postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance is an advantage.
