Controller Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee accounts receivable, ensuring that incoming payments are accurately recorded and properly allocated.

• Conduct bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving any discrepancies between bank transactions and internal records.

• Categorize financial transactions and maintain precise, up-to-date financial information.

• Handle customer refunds by verifying supporting documentation and coordinating processing with relevant teams.

• Supervise overdue balances, follow up on outstanding payments, and assist in collection activities.

• Monitor cash movements and aid in cash flow management.

• Provide support to operational departments regarding payment inquiries, financial information, and reconciliation issues.

• Generate financial reports and Power BI dashboards to track key indicators and facilitate decision-making.

• Recognize and implement opportunities to enhance financial controls, streamline workflows, and automate repetitive tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• A minimum of five years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a comparable position.

• Proficiency in accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial controls.

• Understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.

• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems and databases.

• Knowledge of Power BI, including the ability to create and maintain reports and dashboards.

• Strong analytical and numerical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the capability to collaborate across departments.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
