Business Controller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Analyze financial, customer, and market data to generate well-founded action recommendations.

• Conduct analyses of market potential and trends.

• Identify opportunities, risks, and areas for growth.

• Prepare insightful reports, analyses, and presentations for management.

• Collaborate closely with local managing directors and relevant stakeholders.

• Implement and enhance company-wide standards and processes.

• Coordinate cross-country projects effectively.

• Ensure a consistent data foundation across operations.

• Support the implementation and utilization of controlling tools.

• Further develop management tools and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Optimize processes and enhance data quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in business administration or a related field, preferably with a focus on controlling, finance, or economics, or an equivalent qualification.

• Initial professional experience in controlling, finance, or a similar environment is advantageous; however, motivated recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.

• Basic experience with Power Query.

• Experience in handling large datasets (Big Data).

• Excellent proficiency in MS Excel.

• Competence in PowerPoint and Outlook.

• Proficient in German and possess good written and spoken English skills.

• Strong communication abilities, a service-oriented mindset, and the capacity to work collaboratively in intercultural teams.

• An independent and entrepreneurial approach to work.

• Capability to quickly adapt to new subjects and grasp complex interrelationships.
