Contracts Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist in the drafting, formatting, proofreading, and redlining of company contracts and agreements.

• Review contracts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with company standards.

• Prepare contract packages utilizing Adobe tools and standardized templates.

• Monitor, maintain, and verify that contract requirements are fulfilled by roofing installers.

• Keep contract records, manage version control, and maintain supporting documentation within company systems.

• Identify any missing documentation or potential contract risks and escalate them as necessary.

• Ensure that contracts adhere to relevant state regulations, licensing requirements, and company standards.

• Collaborate with internal departments and external entities to facilitate the review and execution of contracts.

• Assist the Senior Contract Analyst in overseeing the lifecycle of company contracts and agreements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in Adobe Acrobat for editing and redlining is essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for contract formatting is required.

• Excel proficiency necessary, including the capability to create, manage, and analyze tracking spreadsheets.

• Experience with Smartsheet or comparable project tracking systems is preferred.

• Comfort with digital document management systems is needed.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and preparing legal documents.

• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to prioritize conflicting deadlines and manage a high volume of documents while maintaining accuracy.

• Highly organized and self-motivated in following up on open items and outstanding documentation.

• Collaborative mindset for working across departments and with external parties.

• Three to five years of experience in contract administration, compliance, or the construction industry is required.

• Previous experience in the roofing industry is strongly preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.

• This is a full-time role.
