Contracts Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Comprehend the contracting needs and requirements of Lumanity’s operating companies.

• Ensure that agreements are in accordance with client specifications, Master Services Agreements (MSAs), and project-level prerequisites.

• Review and draft Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), MSAs, and other legal documents utilizing established Lumanity guidelines.

• Facilitate the review, amendments, and signing of agreements with commercial teams and clients.

• Maintain contract tracking systems.

• Organize legal and corporate documentation.

• Keep track of upcoming contract expirations.

• Maintain legal templates and process documentation.

• Oversee the Legal Services team inbox.

• Provide general administrative support to ensure a smooth contracting process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree accompanied by one year of contracting experience.

• Up to four (4) years of experience without a degree, with relevant experience in drafting and supporting contractual agreements within a professional services setting.

• Familiarity with legal and procurement functions in the life sciences or healthcare sectors is advantageous.

• Must reside on the East Coast or within the EST time zone to manage time differences effectively.
