Contracts Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Prepare, assess, and negotiate commercial contracts, such as master services agreements, statements of work, non-disclosure agreements, procurement contracts, and partnership agreements.

• Ensure that contracts adhere to internal policies, legal and regulatory standards, and risk management protocols.

• Work alongside legal, sales, procurement, finance, and other internal teams to align business requirements with contractual terms.

• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate contractual risks while providing recommendations to business units.

• Keep contract records updated in the company’s contract management system.

• Support the development of contract templates, processes, and best practices.

• Offer guidance and training to internal teams regarding contractual issues and company policies.

• Aid in resolving disputes and amending contracts.

• Keep abreast of relevant legal and industry developments that may affect contract law and Jabil's operations.
