Contracts Manager – Interiors

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Act as the organization's representative in contractual matters, offering expert advice to internal stakeholders.

• Ensure that contracting activities adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and governance standards.

• Lead the negotiation and execution process for complex commercial contracts.

• Review customer RFPs, evaluate requirements and terms, assist with proposal development, and facilitate internal approvals.

• Identify contractual and business risks while recommending strategies for mitigation.

• Collaborate with program management to understand relevant products, services, and technical aspects.

• Provide strategic analysis and recommendations for business and contractual decisions.

• Prepare precise, complete, and professionally formatted negotiation and contract documents.

• Maintain organized contract files that are audit-ready.

• Oversee multiple projects of varying complexity while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) along with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

• Experience in commercial aerospace contracts, ideally supporting airlines, airframe manufacturers, and aftermarket programs or services.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• Ability to work in a role based in the U.S.

• Strong background in commercial aerospace aftermarket contracting.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Capability to produce clean and professional documentation.

• Ability to adhere to established processes and standards.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Proficiency in navigating evolving digital tools and managing competing priorities.
