This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Lead the comprehensive customer contracting process and manage the daily functions of Contract Operations.
• Take ownership of the entire lifecycle of customer contracts, which encompasses SOWs, Change Orders, MSAs, service agreements, amendments, renewals, and other related commercial documents.
• Supervise the contract intake, review, approvals, redline coordination, execution, retention, and archival procedures.
• Ensure that all contractual documentation is complete, properly approved, and aligns with established contracting standards and processes.
• Facilitate the handoff of executed contracts to downstream business teams.
• Assess Statements of Work and related commercial documents for thoroughness, consistency, operational readiness, and compliance.
• Analyze and enhance contracting workflows in collaboration with Legal, Sales, Service Delivery, and various stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to enhance efficiency, visibility, and cycle times.
• Propel automation initiatives that minimize manual effort and elevate stakeholder experience.
• Establish and uphold service-level expectations and operational controls.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and Legal.
• Coordinate contract reviews, issue identification, risk escalation, and the resolution of contractual issues.
• Review and facilitate the negotiation of customer MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and other commercial agreements.
• Identify and escalate contractual, operational, and commercial risks as necessary.
• Support the development of approval matrices, playbooks, templates, and contracting standards.
• Offer guidance on contract processes and assist with issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Service Delivery, Security, and Customer Success teams.
• Serve as the business owner for CLM processes and associated systems.
• Manage and optimize contract workflows within CLM and Salesforce platforms.
• Maintain contract repositories, reporting standards, documentation standards, and data integrity.
• Create reports to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in processes.
• Lead and develop the Contract Operations team.
• Set team priorities, workload management practices, and performance expectations.
• Foster accountability, continuous improvement, and high-quality customer service.
• Enhance contract turnaround times while ensuring compliance and quality are upheld.
• Increase visibility and accountability throughout the contracting process.
• Streamline workflows through automation and simplification of processes.
• Strengthen the adoption of CLM and Salesforce contracting processes.
• Build collaborative partnerships across Sales, Finance, Service Delivery, and Operations.
• Develop a scalable Contract Operations function that supports the company's growth.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Contract Operations, Contract Management, Contract Administration, Legal Operations, or a closely related field.
• Experience in supporting technology services, managed services, outsourcing, cloud, cybersecurity, professional services, or consulting agreements.
• Experience in managing customer contracts, SOWs, Change Orders, and commercial agreements.
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce and contract-related business processes.
• Experience working with or administering a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and process improvement skills.
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Preferred: Experience with DocuSign CLM or similar CLM platforms.
• Preferred: Background within a technology services, managed services, consulting, or SaaS organization.
• Preferred: Experience in implementing workflow automation and process optimization initiatives.
• Preferred: Familiarity with AI-enabled workflow and contracting solutions.
• Shift: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday.
• The role may require some travel.
