This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact between MKS2 and clients regarding all contractual issues.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of both government and commercial contracts.
• Provide comprehensive support for CPFF, FFP, and T&M contracts.
• Draft, negotiate, execute, and manage contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, teaming agreements, MSAs, and B2Bs.
• Handle contract modifications, extensions, and completions.
• Supervise company registrations, NAICS codes, and representations and certifications.
• Conduct pre- and post-award contract reviews to ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific regulations.
• Serve as the contact person for internal teams, customers, and partners on contractual matters.
• Collaborate with program managers, legal teams, business development, and finance through the proposal, negotiation, and execution stages.
• Foster customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and ensure long-term success.
• Keep precise records in contract and financial systems and manage vendor portals.
• Assist in proposal development by providing insights on contract compliance.
• Conduct opportunity and pipeline assessments with the Business Development Team.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Legal Studies, or a related discipline.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in contract management.
• Extensive knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS).
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Proficient in using all Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Military experience or prior work with the Federal Government is a plus.
• Strong understanding of GSA schedules, Government-wide Acquisition Contracts, and IDIQ contract vehicles along with their respective portals is preferred.
• Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk and work on a computer.
