Contracts Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Engage in direct negotiations with designated sites concerning all aspects of contracting related to site activities, such as clinical trial agreements, budgets, payment terms, ancillary agreements, and amendments.

• Collaborate with the internal Study Startup team, CROs, Clinical Operations teams, and TAU partners to enhance overall SB&C metrics and streamline processes.

• Ensure that standards are consistently applied to the SB&C processes across various projects.

• Utilize leading industry tools and data sources to deliver budget and contract feedback that aligns with defined parameters and fair market value guidelines.

• Quickly identify and address potential delays, escalating issues to the relevant team members as necessary.

• Monitor all actions and negotiations to guarantee that timelines are met for the assigned studies and sites.

• Assist in resolving escalated issues highlighted by the site activation sub-team in collaboration with the internal Study Startup team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or its international equivalent.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research site contracting and budgeting within a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or relevant industry vendor.

• Capability to interpret data to support decision-making processes and ensure they are data-driven.

• Familiarity with clinical study protocols and schedules of assessments.

• Excellent organizational skills, along with strong decision-making, communication, and negotiation abilities.
