This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +1 more state.
• Oversee the comprehensive management of the subcontract lifecycle and execution of task orders.
• Lead the post-award management of active federal prime contracts and subcontracts until their final close-out.
• Implement contract modifications, incremental funding actions, extensions of performance periods, subcontract flow-downs, and option year exercises.
• Track and assess contract and subcontractor costs, schedules, performance metrics, and burn rates.
• Review monthly invoices to ensure accuracy, verify milestone completion, and confirm funding availability across CPFF, CPAF, FFP, T&M, and IDIQ contract frameworks.
• Address post-award operational challenges, performance disputes, baseline change requests, and subcontractor cure/show-cause notices.
• Engage in Program Management Reviews, progress meetings, and financial assessments.
• Assist with pre-award proposals and acquisitions by issuing NDAs, creating Teaming Agreements, distributing subcontractor RFPs, and assessing proposals.
• Keep audit-ready and ISO-compliant contract files, tracking systems, and closeout documentation.
• Manage baseline security tasks, visitor requests, and ensure compliance with property management regulations.
• 3–5 years of experience in federal contract/subcontract coordination, with a focus on compliance, procedural accuracy, and post-award execution.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS regulations.
• Understanding of CPFF, FFP, T&M, and IDIQ contract structures.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Keen attention to detail with a commitment to error-free documentation, file maintenance, and data entry.
• Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
