This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.
• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle from pre-award activities to closeout.
• Create, review, negotiate, and manage commercial, government, subcontractor, consultant, and vendor agreements.
• Evaluate contract terms and conditions to identify risks, obligations, compliance demands, and business impacts.
• Collaborate with legal counsel and business leaders to address contractual issues and negotiate satisfactory terms.
• Maintain contract records, files, amendments, certifications, and supporting documents within contract management systems.
• Track contract performance milestones, deliverables, reporting requirements, option years, renewals, and modifications.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local procurement regulations and relevant contractual requirements.
• Review RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, Sources Sought notices, and amendments to solicitations.
• Assist in proposal development by assessing compliance requirements and contractual terms.
• Facilitate the execution of non-disclosure, teaming, subcontract, and consulting agreements.
• Monitor certificates of insurance, business registrations, representations and certifications, and organizational qualifications.
• Establish and uphold internal contract administration procedures, templates, and best practices.
• Offer contract guidance and training to internal stakeholders, project managers, and operational teams.
• Supervise subcontractor and vendor compliance.
• Aid in audits, contract reviews, compliance evaluations, and document requests.
• Generate reports and metrics related to contract status, obligations, modifications, and performance.
• Assist with emergency management consulting operations and client engagements as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Legal Studies, Public Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in legal support, grants administration, or government contracting.
• 3-5 years of experience managing contracts throughout the entire lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and administering commercial and/or government contracts.
• 3-5 years of experience supporting negotiations and contract modifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management databases.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without requiring employer-sponsored visa is essential.
