This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the routing, approval, execution, and filing of supplier agreements, amendments, renewals, and associated contractual documents.
• Track contract expiration dates, renewal timelines, and necessary actions, while informing stakeholders of impending deadlines.
• Maintain and manage contract repositories, documentation management systems, and tracking tools.
• Assist with the implementation of newly executed agreements, including supplier onboarding and required documentation.
• Facilitate contract termination, amendment, and renewal processes in accordance with organizational policies.
• Ensure that contract records, metadata, exhibits, pricing schedules, and supporting documentation are complete, precise, accessible, and up-to-date.
• Create and uphold standardized practices for document management and filing conventions.
• Conduct routine audits of contract files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Aid in system enhancements and process improvements related to contract management technologies.
• Support internal stakeholders in locating contract documents, pricing schedules, participation forms, and agreement details.
• Coordinate communications regarding contract updates, renewals, amendments, and agreement launches.
• Monitor supplier obligations, reporting requirements, and other contractual commitments.
• Assist in compliance reviews, audits, and governance initiatives.
• Track contract administration KPIs, dashboards, status reports, and operational metrics.
• Report contract risks, discrepancies, or missing documentation as necessary.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain, Legal Studies, or a related field is required.
• At least two (2) years of experience in contract administration, procurement, legal operations, supplier management, or a related area.
• Experience in healthcare, supply chain, procurement, GPO, or contract management environments is preferred.
• Proven experience in maintaining contract repositories or document management systems.
• Familiarity with CLM platforms such as Ironclad, Salesforce CRM, or Microsoft SharePoint is preferred.
• Knowledge of contract terminology, supplier onboarding, contract compliance, or contract governance practices is preferred.
• Strong organizational, project coordination, and document management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
