Contracted Prescribing Physician – Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Evaluate patient intake documents, medical histories, and initial metabolic lab results to assess treatment eligibility.

• Prescribe FDA-approved GLP-1 medications, compounded semaglutide, or other peptide therapies when clinically warranted.

• Develop personalized dosing and titration plans.

• Perform virtual follow-up consultations to assess medication tolerance, weight loss, and metabolic improvements.

• Modify treatment strategies as patient requirements change.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal telemedicine regulations, FDA standards, and standard prescribing laws.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active, unencumbered Medical Degree (MD or DO).

• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Obesity Medicine, or a related field.

• Valid state medical licenses.

• Current DEA registration.

• Preferred clinical experience in weight management, metabolic health, or peptide therapy.

• Exceptional digital bedside manner.

• Strong written communication abilities for asynchronous and message-based patient interactions.
