Contract Trainer, Controlling & Business Intelligence, Power BI, AI Tools

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Ensuring the success and motivation of learners

• Providing coaching and support to learners within the flipped classroom model

• Promoting active involvement with learning materials and their practical applications

• Facilitating discussions on learning outcomes through innovative methods

• Establishing a positive atmosphere for learning and working

• Overseeing learners’ individual assignments as part of project work

• Evaluating project work

• Contributing to the continuous development of the training product

• Conducting remote teaching from a home office

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in Controlling and Business Intelligence

• Comprehensive understanding of Controlling and Business Intelligence

• A degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline, and/or relevant professional experience

• Familiarity with the basics of AI in reporting

• Expertise in Business Intelligence, including data analysis and visualization

• Knowledge of Business Intelligence, focusing on forecasting and scenario planning

• Competence in automating reporting and identifying anomalies using AI

• Understanding and evaluating processes through AI

• Knowledge of self-service Business Intelligence

• Experience with Power BI

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred

• Ability to strategically utilize generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot in Excel to enhance work processes

• Submission of a project overview involving Power BI and/or AI tools in Controlling and Business Intelligence is required

• Excellent proficiency in German at C2 level for delivering training sessions

• Several years of experience as an online trainer is preferred

• Experience in the funded continuing education sector is desirable

• Familiarity with innovative teaching methods during synchronous online sessions is advantageous

• Strong communication skills and a passion for teamwork are beneficial
