This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Input and maintain data related to contracts, pricing, customers, and billing in the specified systems.
• Evaluate contract terms, pricing conditions, effective dates, billing protocols, and relevant documentation.
• Address discrepancies in contracts and billing by examining transaction histories, source documents, and system records.
• Determine root causes and document findings along with necessary corrections.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in contracts, pricing, sales, finance, billing, and operations.
• Keep organized files for contracts, approval records, trackers, and documentation that is ready for audits.
• Generate periodic and ad hoc reports on trends in discrepancies, billing exceptions, contract statuses, and pricing updates.
• Utilize established controls, workflows, and documentation standards.
• Execute approved modifications to master data, templates, or procedures to minimize billing errors and revenue loss.
• A Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics, legal studies, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration, billing, pricing, commercial operations, finance operations, or a similar field is required.
• Certification in contract management, pricing, or billing operations is preferred.
