📋 Description

• Identify and explore potential candidates for Business and GTM positions utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search techniques, and various sourcing tools.

• Craft personalized outreach messages and follow up with candidates via email and InMail.

• Collaborate with recruiters to establish and maintain talent pipelines, ensuring candidates progress smoothly through the interview process.

• Conduct initial screenings of candidates to evaluate qualifications, relevant experience, and alignment with job requirements.

• Provide market insights and candidate feedback to recruiters and hiring managers.

• Assist in recruiting initiatives, including testing new outreach strategies and monitoring sourcing metrics.

• Deliver a timely, friendly, and respectful experience to every candidate engaged.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sourcing for business or GTM roles, recruiting coordination, or similar experience; internships and contract work are also considered.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and an applicant tracking system.

• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to engage in personalized outreach.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple candidates simultaneously.

• Adaptability to fast-paced priorities and a desire to learn quickly.

• Ability to handle confidential candidate and company information with discretion.

• A genuine curiosity about Plaid's products and the fintech industry.
