Contract Solution Architect, 3-6 Months

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical assistance to business analysts by participating in customer meetings and aiding in solution design throughout discovery and ongoing projects.

• Assess business requirements and suggest various technical solution alternatives.

• Collect both technical and non-functional requirements while advising on their potential impact.

• Create technical architecture designs.

• Develop high-level designs tailored for customers.

• Generate technical documentation intended for development teams.

• Assist project managers and Scrum Masters by providing high-level estimates.

• Confirm estimates with delivery teams and ensure the completion of work according to specifications and deadlines.

• Collaborate with project management and business analysts in roadmap planning.

• Work closely with development teams during the design and implementation phases, offering support for complex solution deployments.

• Coordinate with development and third-party infrastructure teams to analyze, optimize, and troubleshoot platform issues at a high level.

• Provide technical governance and conduct code evaluations.

• Serve as an internal Adobe AEM consultant, offering guidance to teams and clients regarding customer-facing digital platforms and experiences.

• Advise on technical and architectural strategies for implementations, ranging from simple brochure sites to intricate digital platforms.

• Support projects that involve integrations with various systems and APIs, including eCommerce, digital asset management, and product database/configurator services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Commercial experience with either HTML/JavaScript or Java throughout a complete software development lifecycle.

• Familiarity with developing websites and web applications, preferably using Adobe Experience Manager or a comparable CMS.

• Proficient understanding of the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, planning, project estimation, and software design.

• Experience in integrating multiple systems and APIs into websites.

• Background in building and consuming microservices.

• Experience working within Agile/SCRUM methodologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in producing technical documentation.

• Knowledge of Java, Spring, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript is preferred.

• Capable of supporting technical governance and code assessments.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, Scrum Masters, business analysts, development teams, clients, and infrastructure teams.
