This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Independently consult and recruit for a diverse range of high-volume positions, encompassing both individual contributors and managerial roles.
• Identify qualified candidates through competency-based phone interviews while accurately representing Sleep Number.
• Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of data within the Workday Applicant Tracking System.
• Proactively tackle talent acquisition challenges and gather insights on market intelligence and hiring trends.
• Source and develop candidate pipelines through networking, cold-calling, LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS, CRM, job boards, and various social/digital channels.
• Collaborate with interview teams, Talent Acquisition Coordinators, HR Business Partners, and candidates to manage the experience from application to offer stage.
• Provide onboarding assistance and exemplify best practices throughout the Talent Acquisition process.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose innovative ideas.
• Contribute to the development and execution of recruiting strategies that impact workload, candidate flow, quality of hire, and overall business ROI.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a full life cycle Recruiting (Talent Acquisition) role.
• Experience working across various functions and locations within a high-volume team.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience is required.
• Advanced skills in candidate sourcing and talent assessment.
• Capability to build and maintain networks both internally and externally.
• Ability to collaborate with, influence, and establish trust with mid-level business leaders.
• Proficient in developing and executing action plans aligned with business needs.
• Skilled in analyzing and interpreting talent acquisition data, identifying trends, and providing recommendations.
• Strong presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of legal and compliance matters related to interviewing and hiring.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to customize messages.
• Quick learner of systems, processes, and procedures, with the ability to mentor others.
• High integrity, confidentiality, and appropriate discretion.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Eagerness to learn and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Proven research capabilities using LinkedIn are preferred.
• Familiarity with other social networking platforms is advantageous.
• Experience with ATS and/or CRM systems; knowledge of Workday and Phenom is preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar applications.
• Must be capable of speaking on the phone for up to 8 hours daily.
• Must be able to sit or stand at a desk in front of a computer for up to 8 hours daily.
