📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire recruiting process for open go-to-market positions, including roles from SDR to Sales Manager, along with revenue operations and partnership vacancies.

• Create and implement outbound sourcing strategies aimed at engaging passive talent in the go-to-market sector.

• Collaborate with sales leadership to align on role specifications, market conditions, compensation strategies, and hiring needs.

• Ensure that pipeline data in Lever remains precise and up-to-date.

• Offer hiring managers and leadership clear visibility into the recruitment pipeline.

• Provide candidates with a consistent and professional experience, ensuring timely communication throughout all stages of the hiring process.

• Work in close partnership with the GTM recruiter and sales leaders across various markets.

• Assume responsibility for active requisitions and promptly deliver a strong candidate pipeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of comprehensive recruiting experience, particularly in go-to-market hiring for sales, SDR, revenue operations, or partnership roles.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Proficiency in Spanish is required.

• Knowledge of Portuguese is a notable advantage.

• Must be based in Colombia.

• Proven ability to source candidates using Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, referral networks, and competitive mapping.

• Previous experience in a contract or agency setting is preferred, especially with a proven ability to join active searches and deliver fast results.

• Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system; familiarity with Lever is a plus.

• Practical experience using AI tools in a recruitment context.

• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision after initial briefing and context-setting.
