Contract Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process by utilizing sourcing, referrals, research, events, and social media.

• Build a diverse pool of candidates and engage with passive job seekers.

• Handle multiple requisitions and candidates during peak hiring periods.

• Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to comprehend team objectives.

• Facilitate interview debrief sessions and manage the offer approval, extension, and negotiation processes.

• Develop strategies for closing offers and assist candidates in their decision-making.

• Tackle data analysis challenges and consolidate insights effectively.

• Customize both written and verbal communication for various audiences.

• Manage stakeholders across functions, identify friction points, set expectations, and find solutions to obstacles.

• Create sourcing strategies and marketing programs focused on diversity.

• Provide guidance on structured interviews and coach leaders on inclusive interviewing practices.

• Monitor pipeline data and keep hiring managers updated.

• Ensure precise data management in Greenhouse and other recruitment tools.

• Advocate for Samsara’s cultural principles while scaling operations globally and across new offices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience in a dynamic environment.

• Ability to design, assess, and enhance the workflow among candidates, hiring managers, and the recruitment team.

• Demonstrated strategic sourcing capabilities.

• A team player with a knack for identifying talent and a passion for connecting people with opportunities.

• Confidently represent Samsara with professionalism in both internal and external interactions.

• Target-oriented, detail-focused, approachable, and capable of uplifting those around you.

• Previous experience in the tech industry is preferred.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS experience.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
