📋 Description

• Advertise job vacancies on the most effective channels.

• Engage in daily proactive sourcing through manual candidate searches on social media and talent databases.

• Evaluate candidates and arrange interviews.

• Maintain an updated system to monitor open roles.

• Prepare assessments of candidate profiles.

• Provide progress reports regarding deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma is required.

• Proficiency in resume evaluation and talent identification.

• Prior experience in recruitment and selection processes.

• Excellent writing and communication skills, coupled with a sense of urgency.

• Highly organized and dedicated.

• A dynamic personality is preferred.

• Familiarity with the Pandapé platform is advantageous.
