📋 Description

• Advertise job vacancies on the most effective platforms.

• Engage in daily proactive sourcing (direct candidate outreach via social media and talent databases).

• Evaluate candidates and arrange interviews.

• Maintain an updated system to monitor open positions.

• Create assessments for candidate profiles.

• Provide regular progress updates on deliverables.

• High school diploma.

• Familiarity with resume evaluation and talent identification.

• Prior experience in recruitment and selection processes.

• Excellent writing and communication skills with a strong sense of urgency.

• Well-organized and dedicated.

• Dynamic personality.

• Knowledge of the Pandapé platform is advantageous.
