This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Advertise job vacancies on the most effective platforms.

• Engage in daily proactive sourcing by reaching out to candidates via social media and talent databases.

• Evaluate candidates and coordinate interview schedules.

• Maintain an updated system to monitor open positions.

• Create assessments of candidate profiles.

• Provide progress reports on assigned tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma.

• Familiarity with resume evaluation and talent identification.

• Previous experience in recruitment and selection processes.

• Excellent writing and communication skills, coupled with a sense of urgency.

• Strong organizational skills and dedication.

• A dynamic and proactive approach.

• Knowledge of the Pandapé platform is an advantage.
