This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Publish job vacancies on the most effective channels.

• Engage in daily proactive sourcing by reaching out to candidates through social media and talent databases.

• Evaluate candidates and arrange interviews.

• Maintain the system to monitor open positions.

• Prepare assessments of candidate profiles.

• Provide delivery progress reports.

• High school diploma.

• Familiarity with resume evaluation and talent identification.

• Prior experience in recruitment and selection.

• Excellent writing and communication skills, coupled with a sense of urgency.

• Strong organizational skills and commitment.

• A dynamic personality.

• Knowledge of the Pandapé platform is an advantage.
