Contract Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete recruiting process across all departments, including marketing, production, content, operations, and fundraising, from sourcing candidates to extending offers.

• Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies, utilizing direct outreach, networking, and AI-driven sourcing tools.

• Actively seek out passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, Boolean searches, AI tools, and other inventive methods.

• Establish and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future positions.

• Provide an outstanding candidate experience through effective communication and timely follow-ups.

• Utilize data and recruiting tools to monitor progress and enhance hiring results.

• Collaborate with the VP of People Operations and the Director of Talent Acquisition to comprehend hiring requirements and offer strategic insights.

• Work alongside the broader People team on recruiting initiatives and projects as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

• Proficient sourcing abilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, referrals, networking, and other innovative sourcing strategies.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging candidates and stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• A proactive, solutions-driven approach with the flexibility to adapt rapidly.

• Good judgment and the capacity to manage sensitive and confidential information discreetly.

• Experience with Google Workspace and applicant tracking systems.

• A collaborative spirit, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of accountability.

• A solid alignment with PragerU’s principles, conservative values, and a genuine passion for its content and audience.
