Contract Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and assist in the recruitment of candidates for challenging and hard-to-fill roles within the Home-Services and Professional Services sectors.

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle for designated open positions.

• Source, assess, and facilitate the closure of job offers.

• Keep precise records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

• Provide transparent weekly updates.

• Cultivate candidate relationships and establish a talent acquisition network.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in recruiting within Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), agency, or in-house settings.

• Excellent interviewing and communication skills.

• Highly organized and dependable.

• Proficient in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

• Comfortable generating and utilizing basic reports.

• Familiarity with job boards, sourcing tools, email/SMS, video interviewing, and scheduling applications.

• Knowledgeable in offer management and background check systems.
