📋 Description

• Identify, attract, and secure qualified, diverse, and inclusive talent across all levels of the organization.

• Ensure timely communication and foster positive interactions with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey.

• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting key initiatives within a dynamic environment.

• Primarily focus on recruiting for pharmacy-related positions, including nationally certified technicians, pharmacists, and senior leadership roles as necessary.

• Establish partnerships with management across various departments, providing high-touch communication with hiring managers and interview panels.

• Serve as a consultant on best practices in recruiting.

• Analyze external market trends and internal employee turnover for specialized and challenging-to-fill roles.

• Identify qualified candidates with a strong emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

• Conduct position intake meetings with hiring managers to ensure alignment of job descriptions and postings with hiring needs.

• Create and implement innovative, cost-effective sourcing and recruiting strategies utilizing LinkedIn and other professional networks.

• Execute full lifecycle recruitment activities.

• Manage job requisitions, candidate stages, communications, recruiting metrics, and reporting within the ATS.

• Set and maintain recruiting metric targets.

• Represent the employer brand at remote and in-person events as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition for both exempt and non-exempt positions.

• At least 3 years of recruiting experience in pharmacy sectors (retail, specialty, hospital).

• Familiarity with ATS systems and their navigation.

• Knowledge of BambooHR is an advantage.

• Proficiency in posting jobs in accordance with state and regulatory requirements.
