Contract Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Build and maintain relationships with managers across various levels to identify and deliver outstanding candidates for open positions.

• Implement a recruitment process while simultaneously refining it to achieve best-in-class standards.

• Provide insights to managers and business leaders regarding market trends, tactical strategies, and competitive analysis.

• Create tailored strategies for complex hiring requirements at scale.

• Identify top candidates to drive business progress.

• Guide candidates throughout the hiring journey.

• Represent the CLEAResult brand in interactions with candidates, vendors, and organizational stakeholders.

• Screen candidates for available vacancies.

• Collaborate with various vendors.

• Work alongside other organizations and support members of the Recruiting team.

• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with the People Team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive recruitment experience.

• Proven ability to overcome challenges in sourcing and recruiting.

• Capability to quickly familiarize oneself with Workday and other business platforms.

• Experience with Paradox is a significant advantage.

• Strong interest in data and its role in driving business success.

• Understanding of the labor market and current trends.

• Commitment to ongoing professional learning and development.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

• Successful candidates must pass pre-employment background checks.

• If applicable, fulfill all DOT qualification requirements and adhere to relevant federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
