Contract Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a significant number of open job requisitions spanning various locations and hiring managers.

• Take charge of the complete recruiting lifecycle, which includes sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and conducting pre-employment follow-ups.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend their recruitment needs, set priorities, and provide ongoing updates on recruitment progress.

• Recognize requisitions that are aging or stalled and devise strategies to enhance candidate flow.

• Source candidates through job boards, outreach efforts, referrals, social media, networking, and other recruitment avenues.

• Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of candidate and requisition data within the applicant tracking system.

• Guide candidates through the recruitment process by maintaining consistent communication, a sense of urgency, and thorough follow-up.

• Track recruitment metrics, including pipeline status, interviews, offers, hires, requisition aging, and time-to-fill.

• Identify obstacles in the hiring process and collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to address them.

• Ensure that recruitment activities and job postings adhere to company policies as well as applicable federal, state, and local employment regulations, including pay transparency requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.

• Experience in high-volume recruiting is highly preferred.

• Background in recruiting within retail, automotive, sales, hospitality, operations, or similar sectors is preferred.

• Capability to manage a substantial requisition workload in conjunction with multiple hiring managers.

• Exceptional skills in sourcing, candidate outreach, organization, and follow-up.

• Ability to meet defined recruitment metrics and service expectations.

• Strong communication skills with the capacity to build credibility with hiring managers.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology.

• Experience with Workday is preferred.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying responsive and engaged with the wider recruitment team.
