Contract Negotiator III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Recruit physicians, hospitals, and ancillary service providers to establish network participation agreements.

• Ensure that all documentation and information adhere to Corporate, health plan, and State regulations.

• Develop and maintain a network for a specific region and group of providers.

• Lead the recruitment efforts for assigned physicians, hospitals, and ancillary services.

• Ensure that standard contracts are complete and accurate, meeting established objectives.

• Facilitate and supervise provider setup and contract configuration to ensure precise claims adjudication.

• Initiate contact and identify potential providers based on geographic and specialty requirements.

• Maintain and update the provider database.

• Collaborate with internal departments and contracted providers to ensure contract compliance is implemented and maintained.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in contracting, contract analysis, provider relations, or related provider experience in a hospital or physician’s office/group setting.

• Preferably have knowledge of State and/or Federal healthcare programs (Medicaid, Medicare).

• Candidates must reside in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Must be willing to travel occasionally for meetings.
